The grapes were carefully harvested by hand at a sugar content of at least 195g/litre, before removing from the grape cluster without crushing. Following this, the harvest was cooled to a temperature of 10°C and then pressed for 6-8 hours for maceration to take place.

Best Served:

An excellent wine which is best served chilled – perfect to enjoy on its own or as a great choice with seafood, white meats and grilled vegetables.
